Anna Leahy Anna Leahy

Anna Leahy is the author of two poetry chapbooks and recent poems appear in Barn Owl Review, Crab Orchard Review, Cream City Review, Zócalo Public Square, and several anthologies. Anna’s book Constituents of Matter (2007) won the Wick Poetry Prize. Her essay about moving to California appeared in the Americana issue of The Southern Review, and she co-writes the blog Lofty Ambitions (http://loftyambitions.wordpress.com). Her edited collection, Power and Identity in the Creative Writing Classroom, launched the New Writing Viewpoints series from Multilingual Matters publishing house in 2005. She teaches in the MFA and BFA programs at Chapman University and leads Tabula Poetica: Poetry at Chapman University, including its annual fall reading series.
