Christopher Wright has been an adult services librarian with Orange County Public Libraries for almost four years. He is a graduate of the U. S. Naval Academy and San José State University. He is an avid reader of fiction, histories and mysteries. Prior to becoming a librarian he served thirty years with the U. S. Marine Corps and Marine Corps Reserve. Other detours along the path to librarianship included civil service with the U.S. Army Reserve, retail management, and serving as executive director of a non-profit veteran’s organization with 14,000 members worldwide. Residing in Carlsbad, California he enjoys his 110 mile daily commute to his dream job.
