Wendy Crutcher's first professional library job involved purchasing adult fiction for a rural Michigan library system. When she realized that she had no idea who Nora Roberts was, she knew she needed serious help. A lifelong mystery reader, she immersed herself in romances and quickly became passionate about the genre.

A former reviewer for The Romance Reader (www.theromancereader.com) and a regular contributor to Romancing The Blog (www.romancingtheblog.com), Wendy currently works as an evaluator in OC Public Libraries’ Collection Development department.
