Francophile Lynn Sheene
Lynn Sheene's fascination with 1940s Occupied France led her on a journey through forgotten memoirs, archived news accounts, dated maps, and memorable research trips to her beloved Paris. Her first novel, The Last Time I Saw Paris (2011), depicts the era with remarkable accuracy and was translated into Italian, Spanish, Catalan, Portuguese, and Polish. Lynn studied at UC Berkeley and received her B.S. from UC Santa Barbara. She is a member of International Thriller Writers, Romance Writers of America, Alliance Française, and the French Heritage Society. In addition to writing, Lynn enjoys travel, film, photography, art deco, and all things French. Her upcoming book, Under Paris Skies, will be released in 2014.
