Liska Jacobs is a native of Los Angeles. Her essays and short fiction have appeared in the Los Angeles Review of Books, The Rumpus, Literary Hub, Chicago Review of Books, The Millions, and The Hairpin, among other publications. Her first novel, Catalina, (MCD | FSG ORIGINALS) was featured in Elle Magazine, Entertainment Weekly, Los Angeles Times, W Magazine, Huffington Post, Los Angeles Daily News, and listed as a 2018 Fall must-read in Pop Sugar, Book Riot, and the Orange County Register.
